1932 Horizontal action photograph of Oscar "Happy" Felsch the former Chicago White Sox player who was banished from baseball after throwing the 1919 World Series as he played in the bush leagues. Still hanging on to the game he loved, this is a touching reminder of the price these guys paid after committing the ultimate baseball crime. A unique image that is in pretty nice shape overall, this is an extremely rare opportunity to acquire one of the key Black Sox players after their career. We only know of perhaps five or six total known images of the Black Sox gamblers playing ball after they were banished.
