Sam Rice is a tough Hall of Famer to find a quality image of and this is a wonderful example. Clear and concise large portrait photo dated from just after the World Series in 1924 and early in the next season where they would repeat as AL Champs! This is from a rare series done by NEA of oversized portraits in 1925 with each of these examples we have found came straight from the NEA archives and each was unique, making this not only a killer portrait of Rice but most likely the only one in the world! Condition and quality are both outstanding.
