Lot Description  

Large c. 1915 horizontal pitching action photograph of Fred "Fritz" Coumbe of the Cleveland Indians. A beautiful image from Charles Conlon, he has added stats in his own hand after this image was taken (while it was in the archives of Baseball Magazine) which we have never seen before! Photo has some artistic enhancements from publication but it looks great and is the only image of this veteran deadball era pitcher we have ever seen!
