Rare 1933 photograph from inside Paramount Studios and showing the film editing rooms which were completely dominated by women. A caption on the back notes that the NRA dictated this change and it was welcome as they did a fantastic job. Images from inside the studios showing the mundane are rare as the stars were generally the focal points of these studio photographs! Stamped on the back by Underwood and Underwood, the photo is crystal clear with a tiny rip at the top being the only flaw.
