1913 Original photograph of Gil Anderson in his Stutz racer (and wearing some cool sweatshirts as well) after winning his first major race at Elgin. He was the first foreign born racer to ever compete in the Indianapolis 500 and raced in all six of the first races (1911-1916). Issued by Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back with a cool note. Condition and quality are both outstanding with one small corner crease being the only flaw.
