Lot Description  

It was hard to guess which partner was more famous when the "fastest man in the world" Charley Paddock announced he would marry actress Bebe Daniels. One of the first marriages between superstar athlete and Hollywood starlet, the newspapers looked to capitalize on the union by capturing Paddock and Daniels in sprinting poses! Issued by Underwood and Underwood and stamped on the back with a nice paper caption as well.
