1938 Large and sweeping photograph of the eight members of the New York Yankees that all called California their homes before coming to the Bronx bombers, getting together on the dugout steps at Yankee Stadium. They had worn a patch for the World's Fair in New York all season long but here they sports some quickly added patches for the California State Fair to show their hometown pride. A really cool image we have never seen before, highlighted by the inclusion of a young Joe DiMaggio on the far right side. Issued by the International News and in nice shape for the size!
