When baseball fans think of star players they always picture them in their glory years. That is what makes images like this so rare as we here see Hall of Famer Rube Marquard in full uniform for the... Boston Braves! This is a rare example of this particular player with this particular team, in fact it is the only one we know of. Dated absolutely to 1924 which was just about the end of the road for Marquard on his way to the Hall of Fame. Issued by Underwood and Underwood, this is stamped on the back and condition overall is pretty nice. A rare image which you may never see again with a full paper caption as well.
