1923 Photograph of one of the key members of the Chicago Bears in full uniform, Pat Flaherty. One of the more interesting athletes of his time, he served in WWI, was one of the top baseball players in the country (but stayed on the west coast and dominated the PCL) and then became a star in the NFL for the early Bears championship teams! A fantastic image in great shape, this is from Flaherty's own estate and actually pictures him in uniform with the Bears! After his athletic career (and starting while he was still a player) Flaherty became an actor and appeared in hundreds of early films! Condition and quality are perfect!
