Lot Description  

1950 Oversized action photograph of Brooklyn Dodgers catcher Roy Campanella blocking the plate against Carmen Mauro of the Cubs at Wrigley Field in Chicago. This is a likely unique image that presents well with crystal clarity and offered here for the first time ever. Photo presents well but it has some wear on the lower left and handling wear from news-room use but looks better than the technical grade.
