Lot Description  

Large 1937 photograph of the Detroit Tigers batboy as he guards the heavy lumber for the boys. Stamped on the back by the Detroit News and dated, the young man is named Joseph Roggin and it was noted that these bats provided 40 hits and 36 runs in the recent series! This is the only image of the Tigers batboy we have ever seen!
