1920 Large portrait photograph of Fred Nicholson of the Pittsburgh Pirates. An obscure player, he was actually one of the top hitters in the National League and in 1920 he would hit .360 for the Pirates and would follow that up this season by hitting another .327! The offered photo is the only portrait of Nicholson we know of and it grades nearly perfect. His best image ever taken!
