Original c. 1912 photograph from the famed DANA studios of California of young future Heavyweight Champion of the World Jess Willard. A fantastic original image in beautiful condition and easily the best image of Jess Willard we have ever seen in any form! The earliest date on the back is 1913 but the image is likely from a bit early. It is noted that this photo is not identified as being from DANA but it is from a known shoot he did with Willard and we sold another image from this exact photo session embossed by DANA in our 2017 Holiday Premier Auction for reference.
