1928 Photograph showing members of the Democrat and Republican baseball teams wearing some AMAZING jerseys as the two teams were about to square off on the diamond in Washington DC. Taken on the verge od the Great Depression and the height of the "roaring twenties", this is a politically charged image that is perhaps more poignant now than it was ninety years ago. The elephant logo on the front of the jersey at right is amazing! This is a really cool photo we have never seen before, issued by Acme and stamped on the back with a full paper caption as well.
