Large 1920 dated photograph of outfielder Larry Gardner from the Cleveland Indians playing a rare game in the infield. A key member of the World Champion Indians (one of the most popular teams of all time) he would bat .310 and was one of the offensive cogs that drove the team. Gardner is underrated star who batted nearly .300 for his career and won FOUR World Series titles! A rare photograph of Gardner showing his fielding form before a game in August (the month Ray Chapman was killed). Condition is pretty nice with a crease on the upper left being the only flaw.
