Issued by NEA and stamped on the back, this is actually dated from October 6, 1927! Ruth is seen at the moment his foot touched home and the image is beautiful and clean. Reversed by the newspaper for publication, the photo is about as good as you can hope to find originals from the 1927 World Series!
