Original c. 1951 portrait style photograph of Woody Hayes the new Ohio State University football coach. Not much was expected of Hayes and many figured he would last a year or two before a more permanent coach could be found, but he would revolutionize the role of coach and become one of the most legendary figures in the history of the sport. An impressive image in nice shape with a newspaper file stamp on the back from a few seasons later (early 1955).
