The Milwaukee Braves were looking for some power in their lineup when they went out and got Bobby Thomson from the Giants. While they did get a huge power surge in the lineup, it wasn't from Thomson, but from a rookie named Hank Aaron. Bobby was coming off seven consecutive seasons of 20 or more homers, but in 1954 he slumped to only two round trippers. A fantastic image that grades a perfect 10/10 and stamped on the back by William Jacobellis. One of his finest images we have ever seen!
