Lot Description  

1953 Photograph of manager Chuck Dressen of the Brooklyn Dodgers as he perches above his big four pitchers that he was sure would bring him the World Series… finally! Issued by the International News and stamped on the back by Herb Scharfman, this is a crystal clear image in great shape overall. Unfortunately the Dodgers would have to wait a few more years, but it would be worth it!
