Rare 1910 horizontal pitching photograph of 20 game winner George Suggs. An obscure player despite his numbers where he actually won 20 games twice in his career and posted good numbers despite playing for some pretty bad teams. Highly silvered this photo appears more like a work of art than a baseball image, but the photo is a beautiful specimen of 1910 baseball photography! A couple of corner pinholes and a corner chip do not detract from the otherwise impeccable image which has some artistic tracing of the figure done at the time of publication.
