Beautiful 1925 portrait photograph of St. Louis Browns Hall of Famer George Sisler in uniform and posing at the ballpark. Taken by photographer Charles Conlon and with his handwritten notes on the back, this is a crystal clear contact print (which were Conlon's highest quality photographs) and is easily among his finest images ever taken. Despite the wear and a few spots of paper loss, this is a pretty presentable example that could stand a bit of restoration.
