Ray Campanella is perhaps the greatest catcher in baseball history, but how good could he have been if he been given a chance to player when he was younger! The offered Real Photo Postcard captures the young catcher in uniform with the Monterrey club (far left) in what is the earliest known baseball card of the Dodgers Hall of Famer. Condition is pretty nice with a couple of small creases on the upper right corner and the card is postally unused. This is without a doubt the "Rookie Card" of Campanella and is ready for encapsulation from PSA or SGC!
