Beautiful souvenir cabinet photograph of the 1943 Cuban League champions "Deportivo Matanzas" in full uniform. Identified on the front along with manager Pipo De La Noval, the club was a juggernaut with Sandy Consuegra, Rogelio Martinez, Angel Gonzalez and others. A beautiful image that is clearly a photo issued to the public like a baseball card that we have never seen before. Of special note as well is the faded inscription and signature of Consuegra on the front as well!
