He only pitching in 5 games for the Indians, but was available at the ballpark on one of those days to pose for this photograph. While not identified, this looks like the work of Cleveland photographer Louis Van Oeyen and is most likely his work. Clear and bold, the photographer has chipping on the far right side which could be matted out easily.
