Lot Description  

Large 1953 action photograph of Kansas City Monarchs pitcher John Jackson in full uniform and taken at the ballpark. He was coming off a fantastic season in 1952 in which he was selected to the Negro League all-star game. A fantastic specimen of early baseball photography in fine condition.
