Lot Description  

1953 Photograph of former owner of the Cardinals, Ed Saigh, as he posed with National League president, Warren Giles, and the new owner of the team, August Busch. An important image in nice shape, this is one of the most important moments in the history of the Cardinals organization. Issued by the United Press and with a full paper caption on the back, the photo is in nice shape overall!
